PLACING AN ORDER

How do I place an order at MusicSpaceKids.com?
1. Once you find a product(s) you wish to purchase, click on add to cart. These items will now show an "In Cart" link next to the "Add To Cart" button.

2. When you have finished filling your Shopping Cart with items for purchase, click on the "Proceed To Checkout" link in your cart.

3. Review the items in your Shopping Cart, and update quantities as needed. Click on the "Go To Checkout" button when done.

PayPal users please see our PayPal section of our Payment section for information on placing your order using this payment option.

4. If you are a new or guest customer, select the "Continue" button under the "New Customers" heading. Note: You are not required to register, but will have the opportunity to create an account during checkout. If you are a returning customer, enter your email address and your password under the "Returning Customer" heading and select the "Sign In" button.

5. Enter your date of birth, and click on the "Continue" button. MusicSpaceKids.com only sells products to adults over the age of 18. This safeguard prevents children from submitting Personal Identification Information or making a purchase without parents' consent.

6. Enter in your billing address. (This information should correspond with the address you have on file with your credit card company). Enter in your shipping address. Please note that if your shipping address is the same as your billing address, you can check the box next to "My shipping address is the same as billing" and the information will be pre-populated for you. (Note: If you are a returning customer, your billing & shipping addresses on file should appear automatically. You can create a new address or select an alternate address from your Address Book.)

7. Choose your preferred shipping method from the selections presented. Click on the "Continue" button.

8. If your order is a gift, you can choose to include a FREE personalized message and/or have your items gift-wrapped. Just check the box next to "Is This A Gift Order?" and you will be presented with two gift options. To gift wrap your items, check the box next to "Gift Option 1." If you wish, you can then type in a personalized message in the text box below. To include a FREE personalized message only, check the box next to "Gift Option 2" and type in your message in the text box that appears to the right of the gift options.

9. Choose your payment method. If paying by credit card, select the button next to "CREDIT CARD." Enter in your credit card number as it appears on your card. Enter you "CID" (Credit Card Identification Number). For Visa, MasterCard and Discover, this 3-digit code can be found on the back of your card (at the end of the signature panel); and for American Express, the 4-digit code can be found on the front of your card just above the last 5 digits of your account number. From the pull-down menus, choose the correct month and year of your credit card's expiration date. If paying by check, select the button next to "PAY BY CHECK." Enter in your routing number, bank account number, and check number (The check diagram is there to assist you).

You are almost ready to check out. You now have the option of creating an account and registering with MusicSpaceKids.com. While this is not a required field it is recommended so that you are able to receive special offers from MusicSpaceKids.com and so that you may check on the status of your order 24 hours a day (only registered users can view their order history).

If you choose to register, just choose a password with which to access your account & order information. Your password can be any combination of letters & numbers, so long as it is a minimum of 6 characters in length. Then scroll down & click on the "Review Your Order" button.

If you chose not to register, leave these fields blank , and just scroll down & click on the "Review Your Order" button.

10. Review the information that appears on this page. If everything is satisfactory, click on the "Submit Order" button.

11. Your order has been placed! Print out the final Order Confirmation page for your records. An order confirmation email will be sent to you shortly as an additional reference for your order.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order, but ONLY if it has not started processing. To do so, click on the My Accountlink on the bottom of the MusicSpaceKids.com site. After you login, you will see the "MY ORDERS" box. Click on the order # you wish to cancel & then click the "Cancel" button. Note: If you wish to cancel an order that is in progress, please call a MusicSpaceKids.com customer representative at 1-888-367-1319, Monday-Friday from 8am-12am EST, Saturday from 8am-6pm EST.

Collection of Information From Children
MusicSpaceKids.com supports CARU (The Children's Advertising Review Unit of the Better Business Bureau) and shares their concerns for child safety on the Internet. We urge parents to discuss safe Internet privacy practices with their children.

MusicSpaceKids.com does not solicit Personal Identification Information from children. The products we sell are intended to be purchased by adults for children.

Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will never knowingly request Personal Identification Information from anyone under the age of 18. We use all reasonable efforts to prevent individuals under the age of 18 from providing Personal Identification Information to us. MusicSpaceKids.com does not permit children under the age of 18 to place any orders. Can I pay by check/money order?
Yes! If you have a checking account, you can pay for your order online. When you go to check out, please have a check handy to enter your bank account details into the spaces provided. You can still use the check after your purchase is made. Once we receive confirmation from your bank, your order will be shipped. Your account will indicate a "MusicSpaceKids" withdrawal.

It is important to note that depending on your bank, it can take up to 7 business days to receive confirmation of debit from your bank. The payment amount for your order may also be deducted from your bank account before MusicSpace.com receives confirmation from your bank. This may delay the shipment of your order.

You may also mail in your order. Go through the online checkout process as normal. Once you get to the order summary page, click on the link to print your "mail & fax" order form. Complete the form, and follow the instructions for payment.

Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes! If paying by PayPal, click on the "checkout With PayPal" button in your shopping cart. You will now be redirected to PayPal's secure checkout process.

Log into your existing PayPal account or create a new one. review and confirm the funding source for this transaction. Press the "Continue" button. Once PayPal accepts the transaction you will automatically return to MusicSpaceKids.com. You will now be asked to proceed as a New Customer or a Returning Customer.

For more information on placing your order please refer to our "Placing An Order" section (beginning with step 4). Note: The PayPal checkout is very similar to our standard checkout. However, we will not ask for, nor receive, any billing or payment information from you or PayPal.

Our domestic shipping and handling policy is very straightforward. We offer Standard Mail, First Class Mail, Priority Mail and UPS 2nd Day service. All orders are picked, packed, and shipped within 48 hours of being placed, not counting Saturday, Sunday, and U.S. federal holidays.

What is your return policy?
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any item you order from MusicSpaceKids.com, simply return it within 30 days of ordering, for a full refund or replacement (excluding shipping & handling and return postage).
